Observe April 1 as Black Day for Western Orissa

As the summer is heating up, thousand of people in Western Orissa are preparing to migrate out of their native in search of livelihood.This is an yearly phenomenon and the ever sleeping Orissa govt has hardly addressed the issues.As if news of Starvation death and Farmer suicide in Western Orissa was not enough , now all national news paper are full of News about murder,rape and physical abuse of migrant labourers of Western Orissa.

Even a dumb can know the difference between the development work undertaken in Coastal Orissa and Western Orissa by the State admin. It's huge.

In the last 65 years being with Orissa we got nothing except the tag of the poorest region of India. We don't want to stay with the biased Orissa anymore for whom Orissa means only Coastal Orissa..We have given enough sacrifice to build Hirakud dam which was initially build to control flood in Coastal Orissa. Lakhs of our people were forcefully thrown out of their land to build hirakud dam.

Our language Kosli/Sambalpuri was sidelined and Oriya language was forcefully imposed upon us in school and colleges..

How long we will live a dogs life being with Orissa..

We Request each and every individual of Kosal (Western Orissa) to observe Black Day on Utkal Divas (April 1st). If you love you motherland and if you want to develop it then don't be a silent spectator...speak out..so that your voice will be heard in Bbbsr...

The motto of this community is to bring all the young warriors of koshal to a common platform from where they can initiate the process to preserve the great Koshali culture and swear to free our motherland koshal from atrocities..

So friends lets join hand and do something extraordinary to create a separate identity of us across the globe and create a separate koshal state,full of prosperity and impartiality.

We Consider Kosali language as the mother of Oriya language, the origin of kosali language was found by the historians from Subarnapur in Stambheswari inscription of 12th century A.D. The Kosali language is spoken by about 2 crores of people in the entire KBK belt and Western Orissa and part of A.P., M.P., Chhatisgarh, Bihar, Jharkhand and West Bengal. It is a matter of regret that the Government of Orissa has not taken any interest to improve the standard of Kosali (Sambalpuri) language.


KOSAL COMMUNITY STRONGLY DEMANDS THAT THE KOSALI(SAMBALPURI) LANGUAGE SHOULD IMMEDIATELY BE ENLISTED IN THE 8TH SCHEDULE OF THE CONSTITUTION OF INDIA
